Solarpro Holding was established as a subsidiary in 2009 to consolidate Alfa Finance Holding activities and investments in the field of renewable energy, with an objective to provide cost effective product and service solutions to the PV power plants. Our mission is introducing the solar energy in the everyday life and by this improving the quality of life.

In order to support our growing business, we are currently looking for our head office in Sofia, for:

Monitoring Specialist - Photovoltaic Power Plants (Ref.N: MS)

Responsibilities:

·         Operates with and manages the system for remote monitoring of the plants;
·         Immediately reports functioning problems of the plants and initiates the intervention of the Service team;
·         Prepares regular reports and analyses for the functioning of the plants, based on the data from the monitoring system;
·         Initiates improvements in the monitoring system and automatic reports;
·         Takes part in the preparation of procedures, plans and workflow descriptions, related to the remote monitoring of the power plants;

Requirements:

·         At least 1 year experience on a position in the area of administration and organization;
·         Previous experience in the area of photovoltaic systems and renewable energy is an advantage;
·         Technical university or specialized technical high school education – electronics, automatics, etc.;
·         Demonstrated advanced experience with MS Office (especially with Excel);
·         Fluent English – both speaking and writing;
·         Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
·         Good communication and organizational skills;
·         Accuracy and result orientation.

Service Team Manager (Ref.N: ST)

Responsibilities:

·         Performs all activities related to warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the photovoltaic power plants;
·         Organises and controls the everyday activities and performance of the regional service technicians;
·         Responsible for the planning, organization and effective implementation of high quality maintenance service of the photovoltaic plants
·         Communicates with suppliers in relation with the execution of the warranties’ conditions in cases of technical problems;
·         Monitors and controls the change and/or repair of components, which are under warranty;
·         Takes part in the preparation of procedures, plans and workflow descriptions, related to the work of the Service Team.

Requirements:

·         At least 4 years experience on a similar position, experience in managing a team;
·         Previous experience in the area of photovoltaic power plants construction and/ or maintenance is a must;
·         Technical university or specialized technical high school education – electronics, automatics, etc.;
·         Availability for business trips and clean driving license;
·         Demonstrated advanced experience with MS Office (especially with Excel);
·         Fluent English – both speaking and writing;
·         Good organizational and management skills;
·         Ability to multitask and result orientation.
